At Apartmaji Pri nas Kobarid, we want your reservation to be simple and worry-free. Below you will find key information regarding payment, cancellation, and house rules.
Prices and Tourist Tax
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
The tourist tax is not included and will be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.
Before confirming your reservation, you will always see the final price and applicable conditions.
Payment
Reservations can be paid by credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or other payment methods supported by our system.
All online payments are securely processed via
Worldline Financial Services (Europe) S.A., ensuring high security standards and PCI DSS compliance.
For certain offers, prepayment or credit card pre-authorization may be required to guarantee the reservation.
Apartmaji Pri nas, Kobarid does not store full credit card details.
Cancellation and Modifications
Flexible reservations: Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival (until 11:59 PM local time).
Non-refundable reservations: For offers marked as non-refundable, cancellation or modification is not possible. In case of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Reservation changes: Changes to dates or apartment type are subject to availability. Any price differences will be charged accordingly.
Three or more apartments: Special conditions, additional charges, or different cancellation policies may apply to larger bookings.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the accommodation (1 dog per unit, max 10 kg). Guests must inform the property prior to arrival if they are bringing a pet. An additional fee applies for pets.
Pets are not allowed in Hiška Soča and Hiška Nadiža.
No-show, Early Departure, and Maximum Occupancy
If you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and have not informed us in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the amount of the first night will be charged.
In case of early departure, unused nights are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed at arrival or confirmed by the property.
The maximum number of guests specified at the time of booking must be respected. If this rule is not followed, the property reserves the right to refuse the stay and charge the cost of one night.
Force Majeure
The property is not responsible for changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government measures, or other events beyond its control.
Data Protection
Your personal and payment data are processed securely in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation.
